Mark is a regular speaker at MIT and various industry conferences on the topics of inbound marketing and sales 2.0.
Ric Pratte is co-founder, President & CEO of JitterGram™, Inc. from Bedford, New Hampshire.
Previously Ric co-founded and was CEO for Campagne Associates that developed a line of fundraising CRM software solutions implemented to over 3,200 nonprofit organizations. The company built a reputation for innovative solutions in software and services delivery as well as maintaining superb client relationships ensuring their success. Ric lead a culture of high team engagement that brought the company recognition as one of the best places to work and innovation awards. Blackbaud Inc. of Charleston, SC acquired Campagne in 2006.

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) has the promise of providing a much needed jolt to the economy by providing funds to help businesses. Debbie Leander, President of Telling Stone Software, had this to say about the event:
"Telling Stone had both a technical and non technical representative attend the event. While the session itself was technical in nature and some actual code was demonstrated, I think both of us benefitted tremendously. The software industry as a whole is, as usual, at an evolving place regarding application development. First it was client/server or web? Now it's web or rich internet application? We were enthusiastic about the potential of both tools, and recognize that with some creativity, they can really do a lot to bring the quality and user experience of a web application to the next level. And the quality of the presenters themselves were fantastic... clearly widely experienced, technical, and yet personable. The session was thoughtfully organized and planned."
