Dave Todaro - Chairman
Dave is Vice President of Portsmouth - based BID2WIN, the leading provider of Windows®-based cost estimating and bidding solutions for the infrastructure industry. He graduated from the honors program at the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering. He joined BID2WIN Software, Inc. as a software designer and engineer, and became a partner in the company in 1994. Dave works with BID2WIN engineers to advance the current version of BID2WIN. He has been designing and developing software applications since age 11.
James McKim - Director
James McKim has over 25 years in the Information Technology industry. He has co-founded several information technology companies and worked in non-profit and for-profit industries. He is now Program Manager for HP's Global Sales Accreditation Program. Prior to joining HP, he was head of the IT function at F.I.R.S.T., responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day operations of F.I.R.S.T.'s computing infrastructure, which supports thousands of users worldwide. James graduated from Dartmouth College with degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy. He spent several years with Digital Equipment Corporation in the Corporate Operations Group where he assisted clients world-wide such as Alcoa, Kodak, Polaroid, NASA, and Singapore Telecom.
Nick Thickins - Director
Nick Thickins has over 15 years' experience in the high tech industry in a variety of sales, technical marketing, operations and finance roles. Prior to forming SyAM Software, he was one of the founders of the US Operation for Eurologic and helped to grow it from $17m to $270m in revenue. Previous to this he was the Vice President of Operations for Cyberstorage Systems, Inc. and a key member of the team that grew sales from $1M to over $18M in less than 24 months.
Debbie Leander - Director
Debbie Leander is president and co-founder of Telling Stone Software LLC. The company provides software design and development contracting services for applications, interfaces and custom technology projects, as well as business process and user interface consultation -- for both technology vendors and their customers. Prior to Telling Stone, Leander was Vice President of Product Management for Daylight Software. Leander's experience with hotel sales and catering automation began in 1989 at Newmarket International. Leander is a graduate of Babson College, with a B.S. in finance and entrepreneurial studies.
Jason Oster - Director
Jason is an attorney with Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson, p.l.l.c. in Manchester and assists software companies with licensing, registering copyrights for computer programs, raising private equity funds from venture capital firms and angel investors, establishing equity compensation plans and other various general corporate and commercial matters. Jason practiced for over three years in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire before joining CLRM. He has his BA from UNH, an MBA from Northeastern University, and his JD from Northeastern University School of Law.
Norm Whittaker - Director
Norm is an Executive Producer at PixelMEDIA, Inc., an interactive design and development agency in Portsmouth, N.H. He leads cross-functional teams at PixelMEDIA in the execution of client initiatives from concept to completion, with a focus on needs assessment, quality, managing customer satisfaction, and overall profitability. Over the last nine years, Norm worked with key staff at PixelMEDIA to develop and deploy solutions and capabilities to include: Product User Interface Design, Search Engine Strategies, Information Architecture, Usability and Project Management. Norm has more than 15 years of experience in high technology problem solving beginning while serving in the United States Marine Corps’ Public Affairs Office.
John Nelson - Director
John is Director of R&D for the electronics division at Siemens PLM Software, which was previously Unicam Software, a Portsmouth-based software company. He is responsible for the development of process planning and monitoring software for the electronics manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Unicam in 1998, John was an embedded software engineer and R&D manager for MKS Instruments, delivering pressure measurement and adaptive control systems for the semiconductor industry. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, with a BS and MS in electrical and computer engineering.
Jason Alexander - Director
Jason Alexander is the Principal and Managing Partner of Alexander Technology Group, a NH-based IT consulting and staffing company dedicated to servicing the local market. Jason manages the daily operations and strategic growth of the company. In addition to founding Alexander Technology Group and spending over 10 years in the Information Technology industry, Jason is also an outwardly dedicated partner to the local higher education community. He provides career development advisory services for students at UNH, SNHU, NEC, Franklin Pierce, Keene State, and New Hampshire Technical Institute; where he also serves on the board of advisors.
Matt Finn - Director & Treasurer
Matt is the VP of Finance & Operations for Bradford Networks in Concord, NH. At Bradford, Matt is responsible for developing and executing the financial strategies and operations systems for Bradford Networks. Matt has over 10 years of financial and administrative experience in both venture-backed and large multinational companies and most recently served as the Corporate Treasury Manager for a $1 billion + global company. Matt began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP and is a CPA.
Richard Natoli - Director
Richard is the Managing Director of Development for Newmarket International, Inc. based in Portsmouth NH. Newmarket is the leader in delivering sales, group catering, and banquet software solutions to the global hospitality and entertainment industries. Richard is responsible for product delivery across all product lines as well as for managing the development Project Management Office. Prior to joining Newmarket International, Inc., he worked at EastPoint Technologies for over 23 years and was a member of the firm’s Executive Management Team. His EastPoint responsibilities included software development, customer support, and professional services in support of core-processing solutions for community banks, finance companies and farm credit associations throughout the United States. Richard is a certified Project Management Professional.
Richard Kelly - Director
Richard is the Software Engineering Operations Lead for Electronic Solutions at BAE Systems. In this role, Rich provides day-to-day management and oversight of initiatives, process development and organizational effectiveness, for an organization of over 600 software engineers working at various sites across the country. Rich has 25 years of industry experience in software engineering. During Rich’s 15-year career with BAE Systems, he has held a variety of positions including Software Project Manager and Functional Department Manager. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Mathematics from Marquette University.
Peter Drivas - Director
Most recently, Peter was a Software Development Manager at SkillSoft, Inc. in Nashua where he lead a multinational team of 10 in two locations and an offshore development team developing value added applications. Team designs, develops, and tests desktop client applications, server side distributed applications, and content development tools based on Java, JSP, and Struts. He recently joined the Softeware Development group at Plumchoice, Inc, a leading provider of online PC support for the home and small business. Peter is a graduate of the Pjillips Exeter Academy and the University of Pennsylvania.
Michael J. Melville - Director
Michael is President of ISG Group, LLC. Melville has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare and diagnostic fields. His most recent position was with Bionostics, Inc., a manufacturer of controls, calibrators, reagents and buffers for the in vitro diagnostics market. He joined Bionostics in 1994 and spent 10 years in their direct to hospital selling division, RNA Medical, ultimately serving as the general manager. Melville was promoted to director of sales, and then served as vice president of sales, before becoming president of IntelliSoft Group. He received a BS in health services and administration from Providence College, Providence, R.I., and an MBA in marketing from Babson College, Wellesley, MA.
Ravi Juneja - Director
Ravi is Product Development Manager at Loftware Inc., a leader in Enterprise Labeling Solutions. Ravi has 15 years of Software development and management experience in industries including Manufacturing, Computer Aided Picking, Student Loans and Label Printing Solutions. He has experience in leading teams in other countries viz. India and UK. He is experienced in developing distributed systems using Java, J2EE, JDBC, JSP, EJB, JMS, Struts Framework (MVC), Hibernate and Web Services. He has a BS in Physics, MS in Computer Science from Delhi, India and MBA from Southern NH University. Ravi is also a Certified Scrum Master.
Mike Ruggieri - Director
Mike is the Vice President of Product Architecture at Chordiant Software (NASDAQ:CHRD) in Bedford, NH. In his 15 years in the software industry, he has performed many roles from support to field delivery to development to product management and many others in between. Prior to joining Chordiant, Mike worked for the KANA family of companies predominantly as a human factors engineer and engineering manager.

Rob Bergin is a Systems Engineer with the BlueLAN Group.
Greg Cornellier - Director
Greg Cornellier is Vice President of Engineering and Information Technology at K-MOTION Interactive Inc.
Frances Buck - Director
Fran is a Senior Development Manager for Liberty Mutual.
